Climber Property No Letting Fees Promotion (“The Promotion”).

Eligibility Criteria

The Promotion benefits are extended to landlords who meet the following criteria

  • Engage the property management services of Climber Property for their rental property during the Promotional Period.

Promotional Period

The Promotion starts at 00.01 am NZDT on 1st Nov 2023. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the start and closing dates as reasonably necessary.

Offer

During the Promotional Period, landlords who meet the eligibility criteria will be entitled to an exemption from paying any letting fees usually charged by Climber Property for tenants 

Exclusions

The following fees and costs remain unaffected by the Promotion and will still be applicable:

  • Any charges related to property maintenance, repairs, or improvements.
  • Utilities, taxes, and other ongoing property-related expenses

Claim Method

The redemption is subject to the actual time of signing Property Management Authority agreement. Please note that the Promoter will verify and validate all claimants’ eligibility.

Other Conditions

  1. Landlords participating in the Promotion will retain the right to approve tenant applications based on Climber Property’s recommendations. The final selection of tenants and the terms of the tenancy agreement will be subject to mutual agreement between the landlord and the tenant(s).
  2. Privacy: Climber Property collects claimants’ personal information to conduct the Offer. All personal details are kept in accordance with the Tenancy Privacy Policy. Visit www.tenancy.co.nz/terms-and-conditions to access.
  3. Use with other offers: This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Climber Property promotion, offer or discount unless otherwise specified.
  4. Not transferable: All Offers unless stated to the contrary are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.
  5. Climber Property reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time at its absolute discretion.
  6. Climber Property reserves the right to disqualify any landlord found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or attempting to exploit or manipulate the Promotion’s fairness.

  8. Participation in the Promotion signifies agreement to adhere to these terms and conditions.
  9. Climber Property retains the right to interpret and enforce these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
