With over 24 years of experience in New Zealand's real estate industry, Brendan Fan (Agent – Level 6) is a highly respected professional who has held roles as a top-performing salesperson, branch manager, and franchise licensee. His portfolio spans residential, rural, and commercial properties across Auckland, earning him industry-wide recognition.

As Managing Director of Climber Real Estate, Brendan is committed to delivering better results with lower fees by leveraging an advanced, client-focused platform that serves the community with integrity and innovation.

Brendan holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate qualification in Finance. Since 2016, he has held New Zealand's highest-level real estate license. His deep knowledge of land subdivision, new builds, and planning processes allows him to offer expert guidance. As a lead educator for REA-accredited training, he also mentors future branch managers and agents across the industry.

Outside of work, Brendan is a devoted father of two and passionate about education and community. He founded the Kristin School Math & Science Club, is a registered football referee with New Zealand Football Federation, and coaches a local team. His hobbies include cooking, music, and sports.
